The ultimate footy experience. Our AFL holiday camps in Brisbane are designed for boys and girls between 5 and 14, whether they’re learning how to kick for the first time or are seasoned juniors ready to up their game. Over three action-packed days, they’ll learn from experienced coaches, play on top fields, and maybe even meet a footy legend.
In a city that grew up playing and watching sport, our AFL camps are a chance for kids to connect with Aussie Rules in an epic way. They’ll spend their days building fitness, sharpening footy skills, and forming friendships that often last well beyond the final siren.
Experienced mentors combine technical coaching with a focus on teamwork, motivation, and personal growth. Whether your child is aiming for the AFL/AFLW or is just keen to stay active, our Brisbane AFL camps are a holiday highlight they’ll talk about for months.
Australian Sports Camps has been helping kids discover their sporting potential for more than four decades. Parents choose us because we offer a well-rounded experience, while making this high-contact sport as safe as possible.
Our camps are suitable for children in Perth, aged 5-14. Children can expect an inclusive, supportive environment, wherever they’re at in their AFL journey.
Yes! Our camp programs are inspired by AFL and AFLW, so both girls and boys can take part.
We run 3-day camps during every Autumn, Winter and Spring school holidays, with sessions from 9am to 3pm. Camps are held at top facilities across Brisbane, making it easy to find the slot and location that suits your family.

Each camp welcomes around 50 kids, who are grouped by age, ability and friendship groups (where requests are made). With an average of 10 children per group, and a maximum of 14, we make sure every child gets plenty of personalised support.
We maintain a coach-to-child ratio of 1 coach for every 10-14 kids. Each group has a dedicated coach for all 3 days, alongside a qualified coaching director, who oversees quality and supports the mentor team. All our coaches are experienced, welcoming, and committed to helping each child get the most out of their AFL camp experience.

My son attended the AFL sports camp at Balwyn. We found it was run very professionally from start to finish. Getting a detailed report on his performance at the conclusion of the camp was great. Also having AFL players attend was a big highlight for the kids. Certainly recommend to anyone thinking of attending in the future.
My son attended the AFL camp at Essendon this week and loved every minute of it! I cannot praise the great coaching staff highly enough and meeting AFL Legend Kevin Sheedy was an awesome bonus! He can't wait to go back! Thanks ASC

Similarly, you can request for siblings to be grouped together, as long as the difference in age and ability is not too great.
Parents are welcome to stay and watch. However, there is no need to stay as all children will be supervised by camp staff for the duration of the program.

We welcome a call about your child’s individual needs. Whilst our camps and programs are not generally suitable for children with significant physical or intellectual disabilities, we understand that every circumstance is different. Our Chief of Staff and Coaching Directors are often school teachers or local head coaches who have the necessary training, but in general, we’re not able to provide the one-to-one care that some children with disabilities may need.
