Who can attend soccer camps in Sydney?

All children between the ages of 5 and 14 can attend our Sydney holiday soccer camps. The camps are suitable for complete beginners through to kids who have been kicking balls for years. As long as your child wants to have fun, get active, and refine their technique on the pitch, they’re welcome to join us!

How often do soccer camps run?

Soccer camps run for three days, with six hours of coaching and care per day. They also run throughout the school holidays, so you’re sure to find one to suit your schedule.

How many kids are involved in each soccer camp?

Our soccer sports camps average 50 participants. However, we keep group sizes small, so our coaches can provide personalised training to every player. 14 children per camp is the maximum we allow, 10 the average, so it’s best to book early to grab the slot you want. We pre-assign groups according to age, ability and friendship. So, train with your friends, or make some new ones, the choice is yours.

Are your soccer camps in Sydney for girls and boys?

Yes! All sports camps at ASC are open to girls and boys. Children often make great friends at our camps, and are welcome to apply for a particular camp with their existing friends. (Just include those details in the booking form and we’ll happily group friends and siblings together.)

How to choose your kid’s holiday sports camp activity

Kids' sports camps are about having fun, first and foremost. We recommend letting your child take the lead – would they prefer netball, basketball, or a soccer camp, for example? We’re a great ‘try before you buy’ option for kids' sport.

Look for a camp that’s dedicated to maintaining a positive atmosphere that uplifts children and keeps them motivated, with a healthy dose of challenges and fitness tests that keep them on their toes.

At ASC, we’ve been running successful sports camps for over 40 years, with great feedback from parents and children – so you know your little soccer star is being looked after.

What should I bring to the soccer camp?

We’ve got all the equipment covered. Just make sure your child arrives in comfortable activewear and appropriate footwear for both indoor and outdoor play (football boots and or running shoes). Also, please bring a mouthguard if you have one.

Keep energy levels up by providing a clearly labelled lunch (keep in mind our nut-free policy). Bring a water bottle – our team will provide water and light snacks throughout the day.
