KATE HOLLYWOOD
Kate Hollywood is a hockey midfielder/defender who has represented the national team over 150 times. She debuted her career with the NSW Arrows in the Australian Hockey League in 2005. She is a dual Commonwealth Games Gold medalist (2006, 2010) and represented Australia at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. After playing for Rotterdam in the Netherlands, followed by Auckland Fury in New Zealand, she returned home to Australian soil in 2012. She is also known as an ambassador for Autism Spectrum Australia. Kate is known for her speed, vision, and accuracy in passing and has spent time playing in the AHL as well as professionaly in The Netherlands for Rotterdam and in New Zealand. Equipped with a Physical Education teaching degree, Kate has directed the coaching for our ASC Hockey programs across Australia.
